At Berkeley, we recognise the passion and commitment apprentices can bring to the workforce. Apprenticeships provide the opportunity for determined individuals to fulfil their potential and become skilled in a specific trade or discipline. Between May 2018 - April 2019, the Berkeley Group had over 500 apprentices on our sites and in our offices, spread across London, Birmingham and the South.

Building Futures Programme

Industrial Placements

We offer undergraduates 12 month placement opportunities in a variety of departments. Supported by industry experts whilst gaining hands-on experience, our placements provide the platform to implement course theory in a practical setting.

Graduate Scheme

At Berkeley we are committed to fostering future talent and look to recruit the best graduates to develop tomorrow's leaders. We employ people at the beginning of their careers and help them to convert academic learning into practical development skills.

Sales Academy

We look to recruit and train a select number of people to become a professional Sales Consultant. Once you have completed your initial training at the Berkeley Sales Academy, you will go on to sell some of the most prestigious new homes in London and the South of England.

Customer Experience Academy

We look to recruit and provide provide extensive training for you to join one of our professional Customer Services teams. Once you have completed your initial training at the Berkeley Customer Experience Academy, you will go on to provide a world-class level of service, support and guidance to our customers from the point of purchasing their home right through to occupation and beyond.
