Business Operations Apprenticeships

Business Operations Apprentice

We have a broad range of careers across our business and apprenticeships can be within any of our departments. These could be within the construction site teams supervising works or our modular factory, or office based roles from technical to commercial, customer service, finance, administration and IT. Apprenticeships range from Level 3 - 6.

Trade Apprenticeships

Trade Apprenticeships

These are hands-on site based apprenticeships, generally at Level 2. You'll be working on one of our prestigious Berkeley developments, to learn a trade alongside some of the best contractors in the industry. From electricians to bricklayers to steelworkers and interior fitters, it takes a variety of high-quality trades working together to build new homes.

Stage 1

View apprenticeship opportunities above and fill out the application form. You'll be sent confirmation that your application has been received.

How to Apply - Stage 2

Stage 2

Your application will be reviewed and you may be contacted to arrange a short telephone call. If successful, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview. In some cases there may be an assessment centre to attend.

How to Apply - Stage 3

Stage 3

You may be invited back for another interview, if required. You may also be required to take a drugs and alcohol test as part of the selection process.
